Stefano has been teaching Italian for six years. He has a degree in Italian Literature and History of Art from the University of Urbino, and a qualification to teach Italian as a foreign language from Siena University.

Stefano has had assignments as an Italian business language trainer at companies such as Lovells, Homebase, Mobil, Deutsche Bank and Sotheby's. Prior to focussing on language teaching, Stefano was a History of Art teacher. He is fluent in English, Spanish and French.

Nuria has been teaching Spanish for eight years. She is a Member of the Institute of Linguists, and has a degree in English Language and Literature from the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares in Spain. She gained a PGCE for Teaching Spanish at Secondary Schools from Leeds University.

Nuria has had teaching assignments in the UK, Ukraine and Spain, where her students have ranged from business executives to teenagers. She has also been an interpreter for the London Metropolitan Police. She is fluent in English and French.

Vanda has been teaching Russian for eight years. She has a degree in Teaching Russian as a Foreign Language from Voronezh State University in Russia, and a PhD in Russian. She has delivered courses on the Language of Russian Advertisements and Russian speech etiquette.

Vanda has taught all levels of Russian speakers, from beginners to advanced, and has taught business Russian to executives. Vanda is fluent in English, Polish, and Danish. .She teaches children and executives at Toniks.

Rafael has been teaching Spanish for eight years. He gained a Teaching degree (CAP) at the University of Malaga, and later complimented this with a further specialization in Teaching Spanish. He has taught Spanish at private language schools in Tenerife and in Malaga, where he has been teaching at the same institution for four years. He has taught Spanish to students ranging from basic to advanced levels.He is qualified to teach children and adults. Rafael is currently residing in Prague and he is also Director of Studies at Toniks. He is fluent in English.

Rui has been teaching Mandarin for nine years. She has a degree in English from the Foreign Languages University of Dalian in China, and an MA in Language Studies from Lancaster University. She taught Mandarin in Japan for five years, where her assignments included teaching Japanese executives at Toshiba Corporation for two years.

In China, Rui worked as an English Language Teacher at the China Medical University, where she delivered tuition to doctors and helped compile an English-Chinese Medical Words dictionary. Rui is fluent in Japanese and English.

Irene has been teaching Italian for five years. She has a Post Graduate
Certificate in Education (PGCE) and a Degree and MA in European Studies
from the University of Portsmouth.

Irene has taught students studying for GSCE examinations for two years, and has taught adults at language centres in the UK for three years. Prior to her language career, Irene worked for four years in the financial services industry. Irene is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Beatriz has been teaching Spanish for nine years. She gained a degree in Political and Social Sciences from Deusto University in Bilbao, and a further degree in the same subject at Università degli Studi di Pisa, Italy. She has taught Spanish to University students in Vitoria for four years, and in Almería for one year. Beatriz has a passion for both teaching and learning languages, and speaks French, Italian and Greek fluently.

Susanne has been teaching German for nine years. She is a member if the Institute of Linguists, and has a degree in Linguistics from the University of Wolverhampton. Prior to focussing on teaching and interpreting, Susanne gained a qualification as a bilingual secretary from the Sprachen und Dolmetscherinstiut in Munich.

Susanne has taught a variety of students at German languages institutes in Munich, and before moving there, she taught Business German for three years in the UK. She also specialises in translations in the medical and botanical fields. Susanne is fluent in English and Italian. She teaches both children and adults at Toniks.

Julie has been a language teacher for thirteen years. After gaining a degree in Portuguese and English from the Federal University of Mato Grosso in Brasil, she did a masters in Education specialising in "Learing Brazilian Portuguese". She has taught Portuguese to all types of students, from children to foreign business executives. Julie is fluent in English and French. She is currently residing in Paris where she is pursuing a Doctorate in Language Science at Paris 3, Sorbonne-Nouvelle. She is also doing a Linguistics PhD at Unicamp Campinas, Brazil.

Wan has been teaching Mandarin for thirteen years. She has a degree in English Language from Heilongjang University in China, and an MA in TESOL from the University of Newcastle. Alice has taught Mandarin at universities and adult education centres in the UK, as well as to Cantonese speakers in China.

Prior to teaching Mandarin, Alice taught English in China at the Harbin University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. Alice is fluent in English.At Toniks she teaches children and adults.

Réjane has been teaching French for over twenty two years. She is a member of the Institute of Linguists, and of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting. She has a degree in English, Russian and French from the University Faculté des Lettres de Lille. She continued her studies at the same University, gaining a Master of Arts.

Réjane has worked as a French lecturer at Leeds University, and at various adult education colleges in the UK. Her assignments have involved her working with companies such as Rank Xerox, Orange and Hitachi. She is fluent in English. She is now also a local politician in the county of Sussex, UK.

Elodie has been teaching French for 11 years. After gaining a degree in English and French from the University of Nanterre in Paris, she did a Masters in Education specialising in Teaching French as a Foreign Language; She has worked for two different schools in and near Avignon before opening her own French language school in Provence.
Elodie is fluent in English.

Laura has been teaching English since 1998. She received BAs in History and Spanish, while becoming certified to teach ESL in the USA. In 2004, she received her MA in Hispanic Literature from UNC- Chapel Hill. Currently she is working on a doctorate in English Philology at the University of Seville. Laura has taught in universities and private academies in Mexico, the USA, and Spain. For the past two years she has directed a program for American college students in Havana, Cuba.

She is currently residing in Seville Spain where she is working on her PhD.

Cristina has been teaching Portuguese to foreigners for eighteen years. She has a University Degree in Portuguese Language and Literature from Universidade Clássica de Lisboa and also a Degree in English Language and Literature from the same institution.

She has delivered courses to numerous companies and works as a tutor in Faculdade de Letras de Lisboa where she teaches Portuguese to foreign University students. She also has experience in High School teaching both in English and Portuguese. Cristina is fluent in English.

Cinzia has been a qualified language teacher for over six years. She gained a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from Università degli Studi Roma Tre in Rome. She also has the TESL/TEFL certificate and the Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE). She has taught both one-to-one and group courses either on line and in person. She is qualified to teach both children and executives. Cinzia has been with Toniks since 1996.

Alexandra graduated from the University of Lisbon in 1998 with a degree in Modern Languages and Literature. She then went to the Escola Secundaria da cidade Universitaria , Lisbon where she gained a teaching degree in English and Portuguese achieving the highest grade for her course.
She then did a teacher trainiing course at the University of Lisbon in 2000 and 2006 and in 2002 she graduated with a degree in Social Sciences from the Nova University, Lisbon.
In 2008 Alex received an MA in Subtitling. She is fluent in English. Alex has been teaching for 9 years.

Omnia is an Egyptian national. She has been teaching Arabic for five years. She teaches both standard Arabic and Egyptian colloquial Arabic at all levels to both children and executives. Omnia has a degree in Social Work from Cairo University, and is currently doing postgraduate studies in the Arabic language at Cairo University. Omnia is fluent in English.

Robert has been a qualified English language tutor for over sixteen years. After achieving a degree in European Studies and Spanish from Thames Valley University in London, he gained a qualification in teaching English (R.S.A CTEFLA) from Stoke-On-Trent College in Stafforshire, England. Robert has taught English as a Foreign Language to students of all ages and levels in countries as diverse as Colombia, South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. He currently resides in Ho Chin Minh city in Vietnam. He is currently teaching English to the Vietnamese Immigration Police. Robert is fluent in Spanish, and speaks Mandarin Chinese.

Aihong graduated from the Tianjin Foreign Languages University in Tianjin, China with a Bachelor of Arts in English language and culture. She then gained a Masters in the same subject from Nankai University, China. She is also a simultaneous interpreter and qualified translator of Mandarin into English and English into Mandarin. She holds a masters degree in translation and interpreting from the University of Westminster, London.Aihong has been teaching for 8 years to both children and adults.She has a state Chinese qualification that allows her to assess Mandarin students level of ability.

Vanessa graduated from the Reunion Island University, France in 2005 with a Masters in teaching French as a foreign language. She also holds a degree in English from Reunion University and a Masters degree in English from the Aix-Marseille University, France.
She has been teaching children and adults including undergraduates at the University of Cancun, Mexico where she currently resides.She has taught for 5 years. She is fluent in English.

Katherina has been teaching German since 2004. She has a masters in German literature and linguistics from the Ludwig-Maximillians University, Munich. She is also a qualified nurse graduating from the Universitatsklinikum, Munich in 1994. Katharina worked as nurse until she retrained as a teacher. Katharina specialises in teaching executives at Toniks.

Diana graduated from the University of La Plata, Argentina with a BA in Anthropology. She has since worked in the NHS as an interpreter and translator. She attended a post graduate diploma course in translation from City University, London and completed a bilingual health and community care interpreting training programme. She holds a qualification to teach Spanish as a foreign language and teaches both adults and children. She has been a teacher for 7 years.
