General Features |

Our standard lessons are one hour in length, and are provided on an
individual basis (just you and your tutor). The lessons are customized to
your particular needs.
You have the option of having your lesson recorded so
you can replay the lesson as often as you would like on your own PC or
laptop. Your tutor can develop all of your language skills - speaking,
listening, writing and reading. Our tutors are all experienced teachers, and
qualified to teach their native tongue to foreigners.
You interact live with your tutor online in a virtual classroom at times to
suit you. You can access the classroom from a PC or laptop, as long as you have broadband access to the internet. |

Flexibility |

Booking
When you purchase your lessons, you can fix the times for each lesson at the start of your program, or if you prefer book them as you go. The days and times can be at your convenience, subject to your tutor’s availability.
Rescheduling
Once you have booked a lesson for a particular time, you can reschedule it as long as you give the tutor 24 hours notice. If you don’t provide notice in sufficient time, the lesson will be deemed to have been used. |
